If you are not satisfied with our products and must return an item to us, please email us at info@mawebscandles.com within 5 days of receiving your purchase for a return authorization number (RA#). This return number must appear on the package returned to Ma Web’s Candles. Ma Web will refund the purchase price of the merchandise only. If you want to return an item after the 5 days, it will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please note that Ma Web’s will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

You must notify Ma Web’s Candles within 72 hours of receiving your damaged purchase. Simply email us at info@mawebscandles.com. Please retain all original packaging, product, and receipts.

We ship via UPS. Packages usually arrive within 7-10 business days.

- Shipping costs are calculated using UPS' current rate schedule.
- A $2.00 handling fee will be added to each box that is shipped.
- Special rates apply for rush delivery service and will vary depending on the type of products ordered. Please call if you require rush delivery and we will calculate the shipping cost for you.
